For Employers:

  • Employers are responsible for the accuracy of job descriptions, compensation details, and any associated employment claims.
  • Employers must comply with all applicable employment laws.
  • Octagon Compliance is not liable for employment decisions made by employers.

For Candidates:

  • Candidates must ensure all submitted information is truthful and accurate.
  • Misrepresentation may result in suspension or permanent removal from our Services.
6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Services to:

  • Upload false, fraudulent, or misleading information.
  • Engage in discriminatory, harassing, or unlawful conduct.
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with our systems.
